Shamans "to-do" or Things to get list. Need your input

I am only doing instances from 30 to 80 (now level 77)

So i have missed just about ALL the quests in Outlands and NR. But tell me are there any necessities to get from the quests to make heroics at 80 easier.
I did a few of the dailies at venture co. and got my self the lava burst totem and working on the trinket now.

But for me and the other mulitboxers that have missed a few things here and there, inorder to be ready for 80 heroics what are the necessities like random trinkets from quests, etc.

My gear guide is stickied in the general forums...even though you are alliance, most of the higher level gear is available to both factions. Have a read through, I'm sure you'll find something you can use or upgrade to.

The only quest item you need is Bulwark of Redemption. It is a very nice shield, the next non-heroic upgrade for it is only the shield from last boss in UP. For everyithing else get your stormhide sets and Titansteel Guardians. I also strongly suggest you to start doing wintergrasp for marks and honor, you will be able to buy 3 epics for WG marks at 80 immediately.
