End of RAF Tally

So! One of my four RAF accounts ran out last night. I have another week left on the remaining three, but I got a little burnt out this weekend while I pushed my druid team toward 60 (and short of the mark, alas: 57), so I think I'm gonna call it a day at this point and get back to 'em later. The final results:

Team 1: Death Knight, three Frost Mages, one Restoration Shaman -- all 60s (now 71, couldn't stop playing 'em);
Team 2: Five Elemental Shamans -- all 60s, had to find out why everyone loves these guys so much. :) I'm glad I did, a team of shamans is a blast;
Team 3: Five Feral (eventually Balance) Druids -- two 57s, three 56s. They're the flavor of the month for a reason, so versatile and so full of character. Much fun!;
Team 4: Meh, five Beastmastery Hunters, mid-20s. Didn't try too hard with these guys. They're more fun as an idea than an actual team, IMO.

All in all, not nearly as awesome as some peoples' results have been -- honestly, the urge to really make use of RAF didn't kick in until weeks after I set it up -- but very satisfying nonetheless. I'm not ruling out doing it again sometime. RAF kicks ass.

Glad you had fun with yours. Sounds like you got your money's worth. I know I did.

Then again, we're all gonna feel like boobs when they come out with free level 55s of any class (I'm betting on this, though I don't know the timing. And that's complete conjecture on my part).

4xHunters+Healer is way more fun in instances than 5xHunters... You can still rescue the team!

I got a grand total of 3 shamans and a pally to 60 to meet my already 70 shaman. Then i went ..meh..and kept on playing. I think i only remembered to grant levels to one character which i have yet to log in since.
I already had 5 other 60+ characters so i wasnt to fussed on more.

ya, my friend who has been a subscriber since day one, and has played maybe a grand total of 20 hours in the game...

thats 48x14.99 well spent for ya.

his brother has been playing on his account a lot lately and he finally decided maybe he'd start playing so i convinced him to do RaF with me since his brother is always on his account, (and yes i know all about all that against the ToS, but thats a whole other story)

we're lvl 33 now and i gotta say i'm amazed at how fast 1-30 went, those are THE WORSTE levels for me, i can't stand them, but, i rather enjoyed it with RaF heh

i've lvl'd roughly 20 characters to 70+ and i could go from 30-60 faster (pre 2.0 patch when they nerfed the xp) than i could 1-20 because it was like pulling teeth, ughhhh! so boring!

i'd lvl a few lvl's every few days, park the character with the intention of collecting rested, and then a few months later log on them and get a lvl or 2 and get bored..... i have like 15 or more characters under lvl 12, all the running around, and none of the spells or talents....borrrrring!

even though i have every class above 70 i've been thinking about trying this RaF 5 box style now that i've had a taste of it, its a blast!
