Well seems like another week till we can figure out how much a company can control your and other's actions with digital copyrights.

If your wondering what im speaking of its in regards to MDY inc. vs Blizzard. Hopefully the ruling on the DMCA violations go away, as this could have some serious implications for software writers and users. The biggest thing would be company a dictating what software is allowed to be used, and if you violate it you could actually be breaking LAW not just a terms of service.
