Reinstalling Windows

I searched for it, but no avail.

I also looked in the Wiki.

I remember seeing it SOMEWHERE, I just have no idea where it was...

I am reinstalling windows since I just need to get rid of a lot of the crap that has accumulated over the last few months.
Who do I contact to get another copy of Keyclone? And is there some sort of process that is needed for me to do this?
