I'd spec two of them something like this:

For the third, I'd drop Elemental Oath and move the points to Totem of Wrath 1/1 and Elemental Shields 3/3.
At the moment, I think burst is worth more then stronger heals.
Healing cannot keep up with burst, so you're better off killing some of theirs as they kill some of yours.
Hopefully your burst is stronger then theirs.
