So anyon know if this is legal according to the TOS?

I recently stopped playing EvE Online, where pretty much everything can be traded for IG cash. Websites, Vent, Graphic art...etc.

So... Im moving my website from EvE to WoW and need a new banner. However since Im artistically challenged, I need someone else to do it.In eve... I threw someone some gold and they did the work. Is this allowed in WoW? Or would this be considered a bad thing? I threw a post up on the CS forms asking... but who knows if Ill get a reply.
