Alrigth, I have yet to do any real PvP with my team ... and they are only level 76 right now ... but With a Little Helper from My Friends is the last achievement I need for the title (other than the ones that happen after Christmas)
So ... what would be the least painful way to farm those 50 hks?
I dunno, AV? Well...once upon a time, it would have been a trivially easy way. A couple runs through EotS should do it semi-quickly.
put on the gnome costume, go into AV, hope for a battle that gets "stuck" in a few spots (Alliance bridge, certain GYs, etc) and hang back, chill, heal. Its pretty easy to get, I did it over 3-4 AVs in an hour. Just try to avoid dying, since you lose the gnome costume and therefore further HKs dont count.
Remember, YOU dont have to kill someone, it just has to be a kill "in your general vicinity" (honor kill). AV works best for this since there are 40 of the other team, and in many games its a mass brawl in a few spots. One trick I liked doing was rushing forward with everyone, and then going back and killing all the solo people who were guarding stuff and whatnot -- 5 v 1 is not going to favor the solo person :)
So I went to the AV portal - and it actually asked if I wanted to Join as Group... I thought you couldn't do that? Did they finally change that back?
You can join AV with up to 5 people in group.
