A lot of focus in this build was mana regaining, since thats the worst slowdown Im facing.

If you box 4 or 5 shamans and you don't use CL you should never have manaproblems aslong as you drop mana streams and use TS from time to time for it's regen.Quote:

Spec doesn't really matter that much though, you 2 or 3 shot anything anyway.
I do realize that I shouldn't be running out of mana. However, here is the way I see it:
Leveling up so far... I 1-2 shot everything... Health isnt a problem, dmg isnt a problem.
So why not put these points into making my spells cost less mana?
If I spec right, and add the proper glyphs, I'm looking at 20% less mana for LB, 10% int every 5sec. And my water shields will be doing 15% more work. Seems to me it's a lot faster leveling if I can keep my team from drinking.
PS: They're only level 42 right now, so TS is out of the question right now.
Also: Does mana stream stack now?
Looks good to me. Anything while your leveling that reduces down time is going to be better than anything else. Sure you can get +10, 15, 25%, more spell damage or something but if it still takes 2 castings to kill the mob, then its not faster.
