How do you record 2 screens?

I read the thread and watched the video from the [Guide] How-To Record Fullscreen Multiboxing over in the showoffs forum.

I'm having some trouble, I followed the directions in the video but I can only get it to record monitor 1. How do you get it to record from 2 monitors?
My setup: 8800 GTX with 2 DVI out going to 2 22" monitors. Monitor 1 is full screen for wow, monitor 2 is broken into 4 sections using maximizer from keyclone.

VLC can do this.
