Alright, well today i just baught my second account. i have a 80 war (tank ^_^) but dont plan on using him for a while. so ive decided to buy keyclone and try out dualboxing. the main thing i want to know is which two (same) calasses should i use. I've narrowed it down to 2 hunters, mages, warlocks, or shamans. i want to know which are fastest to lvl, which are best dps in raids and groups and which are overal the most fn to play. please respond, and ty ^_^
you'll get different answers from everyone.
but from the list you just gave us, i'd pick two warlocks, affliction. draintank heaven.
hunters and warlocks are great for 2-boxing because of the pets. using tanking pets mitigates a lot of damage.
you might just want to try a few classes out to see how you like the play style and go from there.
I loved leveling my two warlocks. played affliction up till 60 then went over to demo.
2 Moonkins might also be decent for that, I don't have that much exp from duoing 2 moonkins (only feral + resto) but I'm sure they might do well. Of the ones you mentioned I'd prolly go for 2 x huntards as you didn't seem to be interested in PvP. If you think about doing some PvP as well then locks imo.
I run two mages and enjoy it a lot. I've ran two shamans before and they just weren't as fun as mages, though having a resurrect was quite handy. The mages are handy for AoE once you get used to placing Blizzards on each screen, and they also handle larger pulls and adds well with 2 polymorphs. Though as someone posted earlier, its gonna be a personal preference.
