Downloaded Keyclone- License was already active

Hi, not so much a problem as concerned and mystified by this...

I have been using keyclone for several months now. Recently I got another computer, and wanted the program to run on both computers. I went and re-downloaded it from Solid Ice expecting having to make another payment on it for my new machine (as that is how it works, afaik). Anyway, installed it and the license was already active- no payment prompting of any sort, and all the regular features were usable. Whilst I'm not too unpleased about this, I thought perhaps the developer should be made aware of this? Also, I am wondering how this was possible? The version I downloaded was the latest version and I downloaded it roughly 1 day ago.

Yes, this happened to a friend of mine some time ago too.
I'm not sure how it happens, but we notified Keyclone about it and hopefully he'll figure out what is going on soon.

It's a known bug, that has to do with his system id generation scheme. Expect it to be corrected in a forced patch.

iirc the suggestion was ~'enjoy your free trial'~
