Need help removing a window !! :D - fixed

Alright, I can not figure out what the window is called, or what it is. Let me explain

The default UI has a window that shows up in my right side screen, when I hover over or mouseover a target or object. I am trying to *REMOVE* this or shrink it so I cant see it. This is like the last thing on my UI and I cant figure it out lol... what the helli s this thing. I thought unchecking "enhanced tooltips" in would get rid of it...



------- Fixed ----- Some guildies helped me out and I was able to remove it using "Cowtip" addon, by just setting it to display "never" for all the tooltip types. Man im getting so many addons to remove stuff now lol.
