Do these deals only apply at the store? Or can you order them offline and get the same deal?

It's up to the store. Sometimes yes, sometimes no. Frequently no, because then it's limited to stock on hand.

So far we have Price $19.99 and $14.99 at 3 places; GameStop, Circuit City, and Target. Also GameStop and EBGames are the same so try EB too.

for $15 I'd buy 2 more accounts, reactivate 2 of my deactivated ones, and level up a team of Druids, a team of hunters, and maybe some more paladins and priests for the gift levels. Then i'd have to decide whether i wanna keep 10 accounts, or let 4 die and xfer to my main accounts. I don't really relish the idea of $150 a month for wow, $90 is pushing it as it is. Nevertheless, I wil at least buy 2 boxes friday and then I will wait and see.
