Straight dual boxing, or boosting then granting

I have 2 accounts and am wondering what you think would be the fastest way to get 2 level 60 mages.
Account A has a level 70 rogue with mostly season 1 gear, dagger spec...
Account B has a level 60 hunter in all blue gear from way back when. This is the account that I referred, so the one that can grant levels to account A

I'm wondering if i should just level them up
Or if i should use the 70 rogue to boost the first mage on account B to level 6o, then use the levels to grant my other mage to 60, which i will have leveled to 31 boosting it with the hunter on account B. When using a character that is so much higher than my other char, do i get the same triple xp? And do you think i could even really boost with a rogue? I thought maybe since they now have that AOE fan of knives move... which with cold blood crits every time it hits a mob for quite a lot.

When I first got my RAF, I twinked out a couple of hunters to lvl 19. At about lvl 13, I started dragging them thru WC with my 70s. Later, I took a pair of shammies and just leveled them together, doing quests, they are now level 67. Now I don't have a scientific analysis of the leveling, but it seemed that just for gaining new levels, it was much quicker to just have the pair of "peers" questing together. Although, my little twinks have some awesome gear! LOL

use the hunter to boost. it would be faster whether you AoE with the hunter or not.
it was drudgery having my friend rogue try to boost me through instances.

if you dont know how to AoE with a hunter through instances, its easy.
use a gorilla.
eye of the beast and pick up aggro, run around and around. cancel eye of the beast when you're far away enough. call your pet back.
mobs will reroute to your pet's new position. once they reach pet, use the thunderstomp to stun, lay down fire trap, run back and do a volley or two. slowly finish off the rest.

or use owl for its screeching ability and flying ability. no fall damage when jumping high ledges.


thats just how i'd do it. but you can use your rogue too. still, you should get about 2 levels every 3 instances. but it varies depending on your levels.

when doing it with the rogue, was that before or after the addition of fan of knives?
