Spec 1 Shammy resto for WoTLK? Also Totem of the void still needed?

I run a Paladin and 4 Shaman should I spec a Shammy Resto on my team?

Should I still farm for totem of the void? My gear is not too good is there other Outland gear I should be trying to get?

TotV seems to still be the most accessible, most universally useful totem for Elemental shamans. Sorry.

I would spec one resto only once you start needing it.
