focus macro with castsequnce

I dont know what I am doing wrong, I have tried manually setting a focus and the macro I am trying to use still doesnt work, I keep getting "you have no target" or if I tweak it more it will just give me the glowing hand as if it is waiting on me to click someone.

the way I have it set up is

1st macro:
/assist main
/set focus

2nd macro:
/castsequence [target=focus-target] lifebloom, lifebloom, rejuvenation........

I tried searching for other's posts with similar focus macros, but I seem to be doing soemthing wrong or I'm looking in the wrong place... any advice?

I tried that, and even after manually setting my focus to the target I want to have focus on, it still tells me "you have no target"

ok, i'm out of ideas then. I don't use focus so wouldn't really know

figured it out, the problem was in the first macro with /set focus... it needed to be simply /focus
