I'm doing something wrong

About a month ago I was able to download and run keyclone with no problem as I casually checked out dual boxing. I've since had to wipe my computer, and now I am having a beast of a time getting set back up. I am able to download it just fine, and it runs with both WoWs in the added window, but it's not broadcasting anything from one to another. I'm sure whatever I'm doing wrong is something very simple and covered in a FAQ somewhere, but I can't for the life of me find it. Thanks.

-Edit- Sorry for adding clutter to the forums, I was able to figure it out. New administrator settings with Vista were in the way.
