if you're referring to the wrath expan... ya you need to buy the retail box(es.)
with blizzard being.... blizzard, your going to have to buy it all. Can't just get the CD-key

they will, and people will try to mug you for the extra copies so CARRY A BIG STICK, or one of those bars people use to separate their groceries from other peoples groceries it's IMPOSSIBLE to cross that. No i don't know why it just is.
