Bluetooth or not?

Hey guys. I have been 5 boxing on 1 computer. I've decided to upgrade up to a 2 box setup. I use a Macbook and will run another one. I was thinking about running a single bluetooth keyboard for both. I did read the wireless keyboard thread and saw that people were eary of using it but was wondering if anyone has had any experience using a bluetooth setup.

Bluetooth will not work for that. With wireless (i.e.: 27MHz), you just broadcast bits over radio and any receiver on the same frequency will pick it up. With Bluetooth, you must connect to a specific bluetooth address and (optionally) exchange what's called "link keys" with the other side before you can begin doing HID (Human Interface Device profile) communications. There is no concept of "broadcast" in Bluetooth.

Yeah, that's kind of what I got from some other posts in the forum.
