Warhammer Multiboxing Advice Needed (Got it to work great needs tweaks)

Looking for Warhammer or even generalized dual boxing advice in the lines of how to best control your alts from your main.

I am rather successfully playing 2 Sorcerers (pvp as well) in Warhammer and unfortunately Warhammer doesn't allow quite the extent of control via Macros like WoW. For example there isn't any /cast command equivalent that you can use in WoW.

I've typed up a noob Warhammer Dual-Box Guide below (this is my current setup minus the Z/X bindings I've mentioned in the guide):

The issue I'm having is controlling my alt. I am having difficulty designing a good way to make the alt assist me, and move near me etc. Warhammers follow code leaves the follower like 15 feet behind you. There is next to NO real good macro wikis out there that I've found either.

I am using an Ergodex controller which helps me send commands over to the other system that help me get past Warhammer's macroing limitations.

Currently I tested getting rid of WASD mappings on the alt and making them instead kick off assist and follow macros... this has really helped make sure the other is following and attacking what I am. The logic behind this was that I am constantly hitting WASD on my main so the alt would be getting all the assist/follow commands constantly without much thought needed on my part. This has helped a lot but if the main dies, my alt is in limbo as I struggle to get to the arrow keys on the keyboard vs. the ergodex. Actually considering adding 4 more buttons to the ergodex for the arrow keys.

I've tried moving both toons simultaneously vs. a follow command but there is enough lag in the turns that eventually they are running at 45 deg angles away from each other.

Would that Vetra USB Multicaster help in this respect? Would it be quick enough to control mult toons and keep them in sync for their facing and abandon the "follow me" method of 2 boxing Warhammer?
