3.0.2 Prot Paladin Boosting is so much easier!
Man oh man. All of the changes that give prot paladins more Instant abilities are great for boosting. I throw my hammer every CD, my shield every CD, and spam consecration.
The best part though, is the change to Blessing of Sanctuary. Now you regen mana from doges/parries/blocks. I am nearly always at 100% mana in SM Cath. I also have 5 points in ret for lower mana for instant spells. I also can self heal for much more as full prot now. Before, it would take 3-4 holy lights to get me from 10% to 100%, and now 2 will do the trick.
Now, it seems that I am only limited by how much HP i have. I haven't yet tried a single pull of cath, but It may be possible. I can easily pull everything but Mograine and friends, then finish mograine off. I also notice my single target dps is a big better too. Especially since I have more mana. I bet if I just stacked Stamina, I could last indefinately, and just bubble heal every CD.
It's a shame they nerfed Zolo, Other than getting my gear tore up, I remembered running low on HP/Mana from self healing. Maybe I'll try the Baron skeleton trick :)
