I figured the Boost/RAF thing out LoL, This setup should work like a peach!

WoWAccount 1 - Level 70 Protection Paladin (Not Linked to Any RAF Account) (Main)

WoWAccount 2 - Level 1 Mage (Sends RAF to Account 3, 4, and 5) (Gains 300% EXP)
WoWAccount 3 - Level 1 Warlock (Linked to Account 2) (Gains 300% EXP)
WoWAccount 4 - Level 1 Hunter (Linked to Account 2) (Gains 300% EXP)
WoWAccount 5 - Level 1 Priest (Linked to Account 2) (Gains 300% EXP)

At level 14 I can take my team to say deadmines. Leave Account 2,3,4,5 at enterance, tehn pull as many mobs as possible with my 70 prot pally, who will be untouchable pretty much. pull them all to enterance, AOE, and bam...... Accounts 2,3,4,5 get 300% EXP, right? Plus the advantage of being boosted through instances with my 70 pally?

And so on, throughout every instance till 60???

i'm thinking if you link them like this 1 recruit -> 2, 2 recruit -> 3, 3->4, 4->5 then you'd be able to grant levels if you want another team. i'm not too familiar with granting levels though, anyone know if there's a way to do it so you don't have 1 guy who you have to hand-level? i have 5 druids i'm leveling, gonna get them to 60 and grant levels to 4 shams.. i already have a 70 sham on a different server, i'll transfer him if there's no other way but if i can grant levels to all 5 shams that would be nice

You should definitely chain link them 2->3->4->5 Thant way you can grant a new team up -1 for the guy on account 5.

so for instance you get your first group up to 60 this way then you get a second group to 31 you can then grant up 3 level 31s(one on 2, 3, 4) vs just one 31 on the way you originally described.

are you sure i can link them like that and still get the 300% exp? and are you serious about when you said, i could level my first group to 60, then redo anotehr group to 31, and and then grant the 3 31's to automatic lvl 60?

in the end i would have 7 new level 60s lmoa?

I'm about to ding 60 x 15, I'll post how. But yes that is the idea.

Account 1 - Level 1 shammy (RAF Account 2)
Account 2 - Level 1 shammy (RAF Account 3)
Account 3 - Level 1 shammy (RAF Account 4)
Account 4 - Level 1 shammy (RAF Account 5)
Account 5 - Level 1 shammy

Level all 5 accounts 1-60. Then, start a new group of 4. Level them to 30, then grant the 4 Accounts Levels 30-60.

All in all I would have 5 lvl 60 shammies, and 4 lvl 60 (toons of my choice)

With no booster that is the way to go; with a booster I would just link the 4.

what I did was have a booster than setup 2 groups (2man group and 3 man group) had to do everything twice but after 40ish levels of powerleveling got them all together and quested.

this takes 6 accounts total though

All 26 of mine are chain linked (good for summoning friend also). I have 27 accounts so all 26 that I play have the zheva mounts (or however you spell them).
