It's possible I just don't understand RAF properly but here is the story. I leveled a mage team to 60 from scratch. RAF was done A to B and C to D. I leveled a new team to 30.9 and joined my two referring mages. I was only able to grant to 59.9. If I level two toons to 60 do I only get 29 levels to grant or do I get 30?

Damn. Oh well.
Thankfully leveling is quite a bit faster now 60-70 though. I started at 60 full rested in Outlands, just finished Zangar on my alt group and I'm at 65.5 already. That's even with skipping most collection quests. Normally I'd be scraping to hit 64 at this point pre-3.0.
Luckily, I knew this up front and leveled my grantee chars all the looooong way to level 2.9. With 2x29 levels granted, that is just shy of level 61. =]
