Druid, shaman spell rotation help

I've searched the better part of this morning for the thread about optimal ele shaman spell rotation that lined up almost perfectly with balance druid rotation.

Does anyone remember the thread, or have a good castsequence for a 70 (or 60) druid/shaman team?

Now, I usually try to boomkin tank, with my druid casting a ,starfire, wrath, insect swarm, then usually just wrath spamming after that initial bit.

My shamans are going to have a totem,totem,totem,totem,(CL or)LB,FlameS,LB (CL for normal mobs, not for instances) and then the LB spam.

I'm looking for something that is roughly the same total time including druid talents, but not taking totem drops into account, as they can be done prefight.

If I were you, I'd skip the totems in the mainnuke macro.
Other than that, I think you should do: Starfire, Insect Swarm, wrath spam (since you can spec or glyph wrath to not be interrupted).
Hmm, in fact, you should have a blank or something in the start of your shamans, so you can make sure that the Starfire lands before any lightning bolts.
You don't need shocks as elemental shamans, that will reduce your DPS.
My shaman casts 2 LBs and then a CL now, since I have plenty mana.

I was thinking of the flame shock because of the Storm, Earth and Fire talents (+50% periodic FS damage bonus) But I could easily leave it out.

I guess, I'm just trying to condense some bar space. Currently, I have [nomod] LB; [shift] frostshock; [alt] earthshock; [ctrl] flameshock on one macro, and all my regular PvE/instance totems on another castsequence macro. Then I have my PvP earth/air totems on a macro (these are usually all or nothing, like everyone drops a grounding, tremor on ,,,, cast sequences and earthbind) and another macros for just fire damage spells (fire nova, searing, magma; again everyone drops the same one at once)

My chain lightning is on a macro with elemental precision (since it's off GCD) and modifiers to cast the new windshock or castsequence for thunderstorm. (having an issue with the castsequence macro, will rebuild later)

As a side note, how do you other shamans heal? I've got 5 macros, 1 for each party member (HW is nomod, LWH is alt and chainH is ctrl) which usually results in massive overhealing if everyone is alive, and ensures that if any are dead, at least they'll cast healing on the right person. Any tips for that?
