Which totems for BGs in 3.0?

Right now I have seperate cast sequence macros for each of my 5 shaman to stagger tremors and it works well for me. I'm just trying to gear up (I only have 1 Merc piece (the shield)). Anyway, I'm curious what sets of totems I should be dropping. Fire is the one I'm struggling with most. I have ToW on one of my guys, everyone else doesn't. So Flametongue totem is useless, correct? I assume everyone should be using Flametongue Weapon. I don't do arena yet and with the amount of damage I've taken so far in BGs, I doubt I will lol. Anyway, I'm currently dropping the following I think (I'm at work, guessing):

Guy 1: Wrath, Mana Spring, Wrath of Air, Tremor
Guy 2: ????, Healing Stream, Grounding, Tremor
Guy 3: ????, Healing Stream, Grounding, Tremor
Guy 2: ????, Healing Stream, Grounding, Tremor
Guy 2: ????, Healing Stream, Grounding, Earth Bind

I'm hearing good things about Imp. Fire Nova but I'm not spec'd into it. Is this gonna be a problem in places like AV? The tooltip is all screwed up and I've been outta the game for a bit, is it just a speed reduction? Some people were talking about a stun.

If this has been covered somewhere else, I apologize. I know there's a lot of threads about what stacks and whatnot but I want to make sure I'm not making a large error.

On my 4x shaman I'm currently doing this:

F1: Grounding, Grounding, Tremor, Poison cleanse
F2: Grounding, WOA, Poison cleanse, Tremor
F3: TOW, Poison cleanse, Earthbind, Stoneskin


With the buff to stoneskin totem it's definitely worth using.. almost 14k armor with it.

Yeah, that's another thing I noticed was the Stoneskin buff. I got my ass handed to me last night in BGs. So is it common/standard to avoid HS/MS in favor of Poison Cleansing? I've done that before, just curious what people consider optimal.

I had a bunch of poison cleanse in my rotation before but I have changed it up to 4 healing streams and 1 poison cleanse. That gives a 400 health hot to anyone around me. I did an EOTS the other day and dropped 5 healing streams. I ended up with around 70k healing on all shaman counting what I healed myself and all the others in the bg with my healing streams.

I definitely think it's worth going 1xPoison, 3-4xHealing Streams in BGs, but I will be sticking with at least 2 poison cleanse totems in arenas.

I haven't worked in a Stoneskin totem yet to my rotation, but probably will soon.

Right now I do one poison, 1 healing and 3 mana, since mana stacks now. But I use this totem set for pretty much everything.
