Tankspot's one of my regular reads as I actually play my pali tank, and have played several other tanking classes before boxing. There's some solid info here that should help if you're not in the loop about what's going on with the class in the patch.
I ran some heroics last night with the guild... just using a suggested build from maintankadin felt extremely powerful. We destroyed the instances we ran and I never felt like anyone was going to pull aggro. I had a crazy Fire mage and Shadow priest trying to pull off me (the holy priest was even DPS'ing to try) and none of them could peel an add.
