Turns out that you can Duel-Box SKYPE (screenshot inside)

Aint kidding, multi login works for skype,


say you text msg mr X and mr X run two copys of skype (one per mechnie) both pcs will recive the text, havent tested calls yet ._.

whats this good for?

say you want to have wow maximaized and YET see the skype text\chat

thats what my friend dos with his secend pc (all hail p2 pc =p, told him we could find use for it, probly aint even worth the power it consumes hehe)


pc(1): skype runing voice conversasion with me + wow, that pc has the mic (intergerated with headset)
pc(2) skype, same user as pc1 has chat window open with me,

screens side by side

Wow... running Skype on two different computers. Amazing. I bet nobody thought that was possible.

That's about as useful as a wooden frying pan.

I'm thinking about dual boxing Ventrillo. Talk about pushing the envelope. :)

I discovered this by accident. I logged into Skype on my sons PC and forgot to log off. I logged in down stairs to find my son conversing my one of my buddies, lol. It's quite useful actually.
