3D acceleration/multiple copies

I keep getting this problem when dual-boxing saying "World of Warcraft is unable to start 3D acceleration. Please make sure Direct 9.0x is installed and your video drivers are up to date." It also starts up a new copy of WoW. That error happens when i login in normally sometimes so I am guessing it keeps launching WoW for some reason. Sorry if i sound stupid, just first day trying this out and I would really appreciate some help. Thank you in advance.

are you using keyclone to launch wow? that really shouldn't make a difference, but i will get that message after i reformat a drive and all i have to do is update my video card drivers.

that happens to me all the time when i try to launch additional wow windows. what i do is log out to the character select screen, less taxing on my pc i guess. but im then able to log into all my other wow windows.
