Maximizer doesn't change the resolution.

Rerolling on a new server so I figured i'd level two new characters. So I set all the settings and when I start the clients they open in the right spot, and are the right size but it doesn't change the resolution. All it changes is the size and position of the window so everything in the window is all squashed down. I have no idea why its doing this other then maybe its not supposed to? Thanks for any help in advance, im going to be gone this weekend but i'll check this thread a few more times before I go to bed tonight if any of you need more info or screen shots or anything.

it's not supposed to because that would be a bit limitting...

the auto gxRes option in the instance setup will set the game resolution according to the maximizer.

I am having the same problem now that I have moved to horizontal span and two monitors. What does "auto gxRes" mean?

Means that the resolution will automagically change to whatever you maximize to. Which should keep your fonts and other stuff from looking terrible when you maximize the instance. Now, I have no idea how this would work with PIP as I don't use PIP.
