Dual-Boxing on Mac How To? - Totally Lost!
edit: Okay, scratch all of what I said before. I've got two boxes going.
But. I'd like to know the following:
1) How do I get Spaces to run both clients? When I try to add the copied client, it is grayed out and cannot be selected.
2) What does KeyClones do? And why use it?

Not running leopard so can't help you on spaces. Mac currently suffers from lack of Maximizer type functionality so sizing your slave client wow windows down and layering them on your desktop in the most visually accessible manner is the best option I can suggest for you. I would murder a baby panda for someone to write something for mac that allowed us to have maximizer functionality.
As far as keyclone, the mac version is Clonedkey, a continuation of Clonekeys. Download (http://code.google.com/p/clonedkeys/)
Clonedkeys allows you to broadcast your keystrokes to multiple clients. EI, you hit 1 on your main toon and that key is also passed to the background or slave wow windows you've selected. This is assuming you're running multiple clients on one computer. If you are actually using 2 computers, I don't know what kind of broadcasting options are available to be honest. I know that if you link up Synergy to a windows Synergy client with the broadcasting feature you could accomplish this, but I found Synergy to be a bit un-reliable in some facets for multiboxing.
I've been PVE boxing a group of 5 on a macbook pro with 4gb of ram. Currently at lvl 44 and loving it.

Short answer: you can't
Long answer:
Because of the way OS X handles applications, it does not recognize two copies of the same application as two different applications. You will also find that after you have two running then close them, they both will open at the same size/location as the last one closed. This is caused by the way OS X handles applications. I was hopeful that ClonedKeys would add some of these features but I haven't seen any updates to the site for the last two months.
