5 accounts setup

I made a comment on one of the posts concerning making 5 folders of w0w. I tried my way with only one folder and found that didnt work properly. The addons were treating everybody as one and saying they had the quest when they never had it. So I tried making the five folders and that solved the problem.

Previously stated, you setup KC by browsing to the appropriate folder and find the w0w.exe and put the appropriate label in the box you want to identify that .exe. Ex. W0W2...................C:/Programs/WOW/WOW.exe

For those of you who are new to this program(such as myself), dont give up on your questions. Its a very simple program but like all programs if you dont setup correctly then it wont work right. :roll:

Just another bit of info, I found this out yesterday. I am using Vista Extreme on one machine and Windows XP SP2 on another. My problems are with trying to connect the two thru their respective security features. Here is what I did to solve that problem.

A(vista) KC
B(XP) KC

On A I setup KC to Launch maximizer into 4 screens.

On B there is a box that u can launch those 4 screens with a simple command. w0w, w0w2, w0w3, w0w4, w0w5. But I launched them "one at a time" It was amazing to see this process being launched from the other PC.

I hope this helps others, just remember you can launch your other screen thru the other KC program. Just remember to setup the IP address to connect to the other PC.

hmmm not sure what happened but it seems I cant do what I did with the above post. might be a bug in the program itself but I cant launch as I stated above. :roll:
