N00b needs help with softwaretools

Hi everyone!

I am new here and have a lot of questions =)
Sorry if my english is not so good sometimes.

Alright! I play Dark Age of Camelot and have 2 PCs next to eachother.
Now i would love to control both at the same time. e.g when playing 2 Casters.
But only certain Keys and not the mouse. Would be nice if I can switch between Screen by pressing a Key or moving the mouse towards the other screen.

I tried Synergy w. Broadcast.. (I think I suck at setting this Tool up.
Is there a Guide on how to get this to work correctly for gamers?)
My Problem was, that everytime passed my mouse to the other screen, the Game on my Main PC would minimize :-(
Then I just can't get that Keyboard to broadcast its keypressings :-(

Is Synergy the right tool for my needs? Or is there something else?
I know that Keyclone exists. But I can't afford it right now... does Keyclone come with a trial period? I would like to test that to.

There are several tweaked versions of multibox around that i found easy to use between 2 computers.

The tweaked versions worked str8 out of the archive so take a look.

nope... my bank account shows red numbers so i'll have to wait until my next salary is in. :oops:

But still I would like to test Keyclone before I buy it =)
