New to multiboxing, not sure of what to do, softwear or hardwear.

Well I have been wanting to start multi boxing for some time. Come the New Year I will be able to put the time into it that I would like to but I am not sure of what style to do, softwear or hardware multi boxing.

As of right now I am not able to play due to my work and the contract I have comming up in the near future so living a minamalist life style. I will be moving come jan and will have time once agin to play wow and would like to start back with multi boxing.

What would the pros and cons of softwear and hardware ?
For softwear what are the recomended requierments ?
For hardware what are the recomended requierments ? (I am not asking for a compleate build list, just a basic means of the main and slaves)

If hardware is it reasonable to pick up something along http://www.bestbuy.com/site/olspage....prd98000050005
to save cost ? (is that a reasonable slave computer or something close to those lines ?)

Personaly never tryed hardware solution. Always used keyclone and im happy with

I think the only con of software is: less reactive and if your comp crash all your toon too :P

Anyway u can still use 1 main comp and 2 slave or one slave with keyclone i think is the cheaper and the best solution too for do dual-boxing at a decent price.

For myself a 3 or 4 boxing with this config (can run 5 too but dont want to pay 100$/month for wow):

Intel core 2 quad q6600 (4 x 2.4 Ghz)

4 GO of ddr 2 800 Mhz

8800 Gts 320 MB as video card and a single 180 GB sata 2 hardrive

for my connection im on cable and it run smoth and well.



Ha and if you want to get a slave comp for low price i suggest you: tigerdirect.com (very good system and low price system) :)

Buy something like this http://www.tigerdirect.com/applicati...888&CatId=2629 and put a 70$ vid card on it and will be enought :)
