Independent "Alt-frames"?

Hello, I have just started PvPing in battlegrounds and I often find myself in different parties with my toons. Usually I can have a quick word with the raid-leader ot have it corrected, but it doesn't always work.
So I am looking for an addon or mod where I can make a separate frame for my alts, I don't like the drag n drop thing from the raid-window.

I made a search and many people had comments about pitbull, which I tried but it didn't help since I couldn't make any custom frames for my alts.
Are there any addon's for that?

I use Grid,

I set up a custom user layout so it has all 5 of my Shaman in it, I also sorted it by name so as long as im in a raid, my characters are shown in the same order.

When i get home ill post my Layout.

Also, if you sign up as a group, you will usually be made leader unless there is a bigger premade (max for AV is 5) or a same size premade entered before you.
