Found instant respawn mobs (lvl 20-24)

found almost instant respawn mobs yesterday while questing in the wetlands. And I really mean almost instant respawn. After killing 3 mobs, 2 will normally respawn. As soon as the area is clear you need to loot fast and even then you'll have respawn before you have looted every corpse.Loot was really nice (lots of cloths, mainly linen but also some wool and even silk).

I am playing on EU-Kult der Verdammten, not sure if the respawn depends on the server, but you should give it a try.

Here're the nicest spots:
Level 20-22 mobs: Gnoll camp directly east to the Algaz gate in the wetlands (pretty ideal spot for mana classes, since there are safe spots you can use to drink if needed)
Level 22-24 mobs: Gnoll camp south of the Green Wardenin the Wetland (next to a small lake). You'll face up to 8 gnolls here, normally including 2-3 casters with frostbolds. Hard to find a safe spot, might not be an ideal case for mana classes

I stayed there until I had no more amo. Made 2 levels pretty fast - and it was fun, kinda felt like an action/reaction game. You know, the kind of where you have to shoot the targets as fast as possible. :)

Two thoughts. There was one spot that would isntant repawn mobs in Loch Modan near a quest item. You really had to bring about 4-5 people to get it, cause they would respawn when killed in less than 2-3 secs and you didn't have enough time to get item open. So a few people would distract(pull) mobs and some even cheated and just tanked the mobs instead of killing them so they wouldn't respawn while the other people got the item and repeated it for the other people. Mobs were like 14-18, so not huge, but it just make a memory for me. I think Blizzard has added a new feature about 6 months ago or more when they saw 600000 people trying to start in Draenei and BE areas and wiping mobs wholesale. There wasn't enough mobs to do the starting quests. They come up with a mob killed respawn thingy. If more mobs are killed in an area that is used for quests (gnolls are used for quests) then the mobs respawn faster then normal. So could be 2 things, one, broken repawns or the game thinks there are more people there questing, so they respawn mobs faster. Either way, if you can deal with it, it is kinda action game fun.

The gnoll camps in the wetlands have always had a high respawn rate. That is also why they're recommended for learning frost mage aoe tactics.

I remember them to respawn fast. But I didn't remember them to respawn that fast...

The respawn rate on Uncontrolled Voidwalkers and their shadowy brethren in southern HFP is similarly fast. Kill 2-3 at the spawn point and you'll have a couple more before you can loot the corpses. Decent drops on mote of shadow are a nice bonus.
