Pally and Mage for super quick SM clearances.
I had the privilege of having two guildies run my 3 alliance characters through SM last night for a bit of XP.
It was amazing. Unfortunately having 2 70's in the group nerfed my RAF bonus a big chunk, but it was worth it.
Full SM library clear in around 4 minutes - timing provided by remainder of paladins sanctuary buff :) . 3 pulls. lower courtyard. Upper courtyard. Then pull the entire cathedral by aggroing the boss.
Pally would gather aggro and the mage would flamestrike then blizzard. Took me longer to loot.
Armory runs went pretty quick too.

My prot pally clears ALL mobs in SM in 2 pulls within 6 minutes. Then 2 pulls Armory (except Herod sucks for xp) in another 5 minutes. By then you have 1.5 minutes to zone and reset SM and can be non-stop without hitting instance cap of 5 per hours.
Sometimes, if the clearing exceeds 12.5 minutes, you can skip Whitemaine after killing his boyfirend the first time around--just start running to the zone and head to Armory. 1 mob exp sucks compared to AoE deaths.
SM can be one pulled but needs to open cath door, then hit onces every mob from courtyard 1 and 2 and into inside the cathedral. Can't be done in 1 minute since Whiltemaine will sleep you for 10 seconds.
