WOTLK Instance Group
Okay here is what I was thinking of making.
Warrior (Prot)
Paladin (Holy)
Priest (Shadow)
Warlock (Destruction or Aff. Haven't Decided)
Druid (BOOMKIN!)
Now lets go into why.
Buffs
BoKings - 10% all stats
MOTW (imp.) - 51.8 all stats 1050 armor 75.6 all resist
PW: Fort (imp.) 214.5 sta
Blood Pact - 1330 health
Commanding Shout - 2255 health
Moonkin Aura (imp.) 5% spell crit 3% haste
Devotion Aura (imp.) 1807.5 armor and 3% more healing to target
This will be with buffs alone (not counting kings since that will vary depending on total sta) 6248 HP from buffs As well as 2857.5 armor
How They Work Together
With the Warrior gaining the ability to effectively AoE tank, Little CC is going to be needed for most instances. With the combination of JoW+VT+BoWisdom Casters will be fine on mana. For the Most part Group Healing can be done with VE but have the paladin use Beacon when needed.
As far as dps casting goes have the Lock and Spriest lay in the DoTs and the Boomkin put a moonfire on the mob as well as Faerie Fire. and then have druid and lock spam Starfire (3.0 second cast specced) and Shadow Bolt (3.0 second cast) and the Spriest can do Mindblast/Mind Flay (on Mindblast CD)
Other then a lack of CC I think this could turn out to be a fairly solid group.
I would really appreciate your feedback and comments. Im working on spec builds now and will get back with those here in a few.

EDIT: ok here are 4 of the 5 builds I have come up with
Warrior
Paladin
Druid
Priest
Warlocks
That should be everyone ... please tell me what you think of spec and if I should change anything.

Well from what I am hearing from beta, Thunder Clap is getting buffed up so as far as AE threat goes I would just need to do enough to keep it off of the paladin.

Most pulls are going to be =>4 anyhow on a side not here however I cant figure out a warlock spec ... destro and aff both look good /sigh

I went with
Elemental Shaman - totem of wrath, ressurection, totems, quick damage, ankh, easy macroability
Mage - scorch/winters chill debuff, water food, ports, easy macroability
Warlock - health stones, summoning, imp stamina buff, easy macroability (afflc), easy macroability
Warrior - I prefer this as a tank as far as potential for keeping and re attaining aggro, commanding shout
Holy Paladin - auras, buffs, greats one target healing, easy macroability, BoP, ressurection
My friend who is 5 boxing
Feral Druid
Shadow Priest
Resto Shaman
Balance Druid
Mage
We plan on running the 10 mans and we built our group around stacking buffs that compliment eachother without being redundant.

Affliction is a lot more to micro-manage than Destruction.
