iirc its applekey + tab.
tho dont pin me down on this, dont have a mac myself.
CMD-TAB (A.K.A. Applekey-Tab) to switch windows. If you are using a Windows keyboard, it is the Windows key.

I forgot to mention that if you want to use something to echo the keys between clients then http://code.google.com/p/clonedkeys/ is the best option for us mac users currently.
