is it 10% or 25% to LB from S,E&F??

I have been so giddy about LB being buffed +25% spelldamage from S,E&F but now i see it as only being 10% on many calcs? On the blizz site it is still +25% and on many sites it lists the talent as +25% in their notes but 10% on their calcs? I couldn't find a post about it being nerfed. Was it a ninja nerf bat?

I know some people prefer to not think about this stuff too much and just wait till beta is done and see what gets out. I prefer to follow it and to laugh and cry as it goes up and down. It always changes even after release it is just now is a more turbulent time of change and ferment.

What happened to S,E&F?

Confirmed that it was nerfed. Really bummed. Seems like a really big hit to our dps. I am hoping someone will have a perspective on this that will help me feel better about it.

Seems like frost mage is looking better and better.
