Ehh. Im very new to dual boxing and need some/lots of help.

Okay i have my two accounts and i would like to dual box/instance. not sure on the terms but i know that im useing one computer, one moniter but two windows of wow. Im not sure how to set it up so i can actually make them do the same thing at the same time if thats even possible on one computer. i see a lot of talk about the program octopus and that it can be used to single computer dual-instance but i havent found any threads with where to get it. If you could reply and help me with macros/software/suggestions. i would greatly appreciate it.
P.S. i am useing two mages and will only be doing pve, MABEY pvp at the end of each bracket for some fun and or marks. please help!!
