None of those talents scale - Convection is tier 1 talent, balance druids for example, have it as a tier 6 talent. Seriously, the whole elemental tree, even the way it is currently, is hardly anything to qq about.
Well my point is this.. I'm currently favoring improved fire totems and the mana regen talent over convection, because they scale with gear. Right?
