would this mage of mine be fine for boosting 2 horde toons?

Hi there, i want to boost another shammy or two to go along with my 1pally 3xshammy 1mage group.. so i could possibly have 5 shamans for BG's and such.

i only have 2 accounts that are RAF (sadly the Pally is one of them, along with one of the shamans). I made the mistake of making the referring account the Pally, or i would've used him to boost instead.

so my question is, would this mage:

be fine for boosting purposes in terms of gear and spec? I don't really have much spell dmg and not sure just how efficient i could be in boosting 2 shamans to 60 quickly.

If anyone has any suggestions pls let me know. ATM it's not feasible to move the Pally off the main account, but i've thought of that as well.
