PiP feature... and another question.

How do I use this? I went through the options and didn't see anything about pip. And also is there a way to switch the windows shown on each monitor without messing with the puzzle like thing in maximizer?

Reason I ask is because my second monitor is a pos that I got for cheap a couple years ago. The brightness is turned all the way up, but the picture is still very dark. It makes it difficult to do bombing quests and whatnot on that monitor. So is there a way to switch that toon's screen to my main monitor and switch it back after the quest?
