How do you handle PSTs ?

If you are running a couple of WoW on one computer, how do you handle the PSTs?

Let's say that you have 3 running, 2 are minimized or hidden by other windows. You get a whisper on one of those toons, do you have something that tells you that you received a whisper so that you can switch over?

iv had no problems with it

/dnd talk to Xzin or your tell will be ignored seemed to work pretty well :)
