I believe that is XLoot or some look-alike.
Hmm, and under Omen it just looks like the combat log to me ? Not sure what you mean, can you maybe post a SS with the mod in question circled or something ?
Thats Omen threat meter.
There blue bars shows the threat level of all members with Omen addon installed.
it looks to be a damage meter called sw stats

Oh, I recognized the buttons on the top of the area he circled and identified it as omen.
