I know it's far from a good combo; however has anyone tried it? I'm currently doing a rogue/priest and when I hit 60 with both im making my 31 hunter to 60. I am debating going rogue/hunter to make 60-70 a lot faster.
Thanks,
Tink

I use to single box my rogue with a friends hunter and we would eat stuff up. His pet would tank it so I could backstab. I would think these two classes will have an easier time killing mobs then the rogue/priest combo. The only down side is you won't have a way to heal so if you haven't started herb/alch you might want to.
While I enjoy healing classes, I'm thinking about making a rogue/hunter team just for the fun of it.
for dualboxing, it would be hard for you to get the rogue behind the mob...
You'd probably have to have the rogue as your 'main.' Have a macro to have the hunter stop following, send pet in, auto shoot and rogue stealth, then do backstab / whatever from behind. When the mob is dead, hit your follow buttonQuote:

^^ i have exactly THAT team but it seems to be impossible to make the Hunter stop following the rouge with a makro
Set ~ to walk backwards on your alt. the second you want your alt to stop following you hit ~ and follow is broken.Quote:

Also it is Impossible to break follow with a macro. Blizz draws the line at any sort of movment though macros, which is good if you don't like botting.
