little diff twist to raf for the anal retentive among us

for whatever reason.. I hate to have chars that Im lvling having diff amounts of xp (ie lvling a grp and one if ahead or behind the rest)... not sure if everyone knows and Im just slow BUT.... if you are in an instance and kill off the char/chars ahead of the rest in xp, the one/ones left alive still get full raf bonus xp for the kills (long as the dead one/ones dont release)

I balance by allowing the lowest xp person in my party to complete gathering quests from mobs that we were doing anyway.

You can have the leader drop out of the party when turning in a quest. That turns off the 3x and gives the others a chance to catch up. Having a mixture of classes in my group causes this problem a lot since some classes have more class quests then others.
