Just dinged 70 last night. Got my 5 flying mounts, now time to start doing the dailies to get some money for the epic fliers. Now time for dailies and the AV grind (thank god it is this weekend), hopefully i can get my 100 eye badges for my toons before this weekend so i can get my weapon. How much honor do you think i can make this weekend? Friday i have almost all day to do it (like 12 hours), but sat, sun, and mon i only have like 4 hours.

I did the AV grind for S2 Weapons in a non-AV weekend (well, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday). The EotS badges were the easy part - 14 quick losses and 2 long wins. AV on the other hand.. countless hours waiting in 15-20 minute queues followed by quick 10-15 minute matches for 400-500 honor a piece. I ended up with at least 110 AV badges from around 80-90% wins, so somewhere around 35-40 AV matches after the 16 EotS runs for 25k honor. Which looks about right.. around 200 honor per 16 EotS run is 3200, and around 450 honor for 40 AV runs is 18000. The extra couple k honor were from a couple extra AB/WSG/EotS for the 1 badge per BG daily, and BG of the day daily.

If you consider average honor for AV at 450 and ~20 minute matches then you're looking at 18.5 total hours committed.
they only reason that i am doing the stupid av grind is to get better gear :(. My stuff is like 90% green and 10% blue, so the weapon, helm and gloves should help me out a ton. I think i should have enough time to get those 3 this weekend. I have about 10k now. The que times on av for me are about 5 minutes when i was doing it non av weekend, so i hope with av weekend the time will be 2-3 minutes. The guild i join is past kara, and half way though za, so i hope with a full set of s2 i can get into za.
