Not registering

Just bought Keyclone (yay finally put together my PC!!! no more G5 boxing for me) and I still get the license expired message. Click renew - no dice.
Things I checked:
Installed as Admin
Ran as Admin
Is allowed to connect through firewall

Also
will get a system tray icon I can not interact with. Have to manually kill the process and try again.

I have my PayPal conformation. I can PM that if needed.

What else can I check?

I figured this out I think. It used my bank account instead of my CC in paypal ... grrrrr stupid pay pal.
