No, they don't get any party buffs =(
Earth elemental WOULD if it were considered a party pet (i.e. show up in your party bars).
In fact, they are a pet of your TOTEM -- and even your totems aren't considered part of your party.
So shammy elementals (fire and earth) do not benefit from things like other totems, heroism, etc. However, MAGE elementals (frost) show up in the party pet list, and ARE affected by things like WoA/Heroism/drums/etc.
